Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose.
- Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want it to renew, you can cancel anytime.
- To cancel or make changes to your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders
- Pre-orders let you buy items that are out of stock or coming soon.
- We may collect no payment or only a partial deposit at checkout, and charge the rest later when the item is ready to ship.
- You can cancel a pre-order if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
- If your pre-order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled—but you can request a refund as per our returns policy.
Try Before You Buy
- For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method but don’t charge it immediately.
- You’ll have a set trial period to decide if you want to keep the item.
- If you don’t return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
